Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – IT Operation & Infrastructure to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and manage IT security projects, including the establishment of SOC and SIEM systems.
Drive the Microsoft server migration project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT security and operational requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, bridging technical and non-technical roles.
Develop and implement structured project plans, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct follow-ups and take proactive initiatives to ensure the timely and quality delivery of project goals.
Address operational and infrastructure-related challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
Facilitate collaboration between IT teams and core operations to align on IT security priorities.

What you bring:
Over 10 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on IT operations and infrastructure.
Proven expertise in implementing IT security solutions, including SOC and SIEM systems.
Demonstrated experience in managing migration projects within Microsoft platforms.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices in operational and infrastructure contexts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different roles and organizational levels.
Experience in managing IT projects within public sector organizations.
Familiarity with using PPS (Practical Project Steering) methodology for project management.
A structured, proactive, and results-driven approach to project leadership.
Ability to balance responsiveness to organizational needs with the drive to meet project objectives efficiently.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
