Our mission within Processing Solutions and Equipment is to deliver project excellence, on time, on cost, with quality.
We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager, to join our successful team, responsible to lead and manage project execution within the Project Centre North Europe, with full accountability for the installation project result following the Installation to Performance process. Project Centre North Europe is having a very healthy backlog of orders in the pipeline and is continuing growing at fast pace. The Project Management & implementation office is responsible for securing that customer projects are delivered on time, at budgeted costs, with quality with outstanding customer satisfaction.
You will work in a dynamic environment supporting for large (>20MEur) and/or high-risk commercial projects to our customers with cross functional engineering teams.
This is a permanent position based in Lund or any other location within the North Europe Project Centre. You will report directly to Manager Project Management & Implementation for Project Centre North Europe Travels are up to 50 % of your time on yearly basis.
What you will do
As our Senior Project Manager, you will:
Identify, plan, monitor and control project risks and opportunities that may impact the project time, budget, quality, overall project plan or delivery of results.
Manage internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, on budget, on quality, to customer satisfaction.
Provide regular Project reporting to key stakeholders including tracking of time, cost and quality.
Support in evaluating external suppliers to deliver services at best cost and quality.
Follow up of project KPI’s (project result, installation budget, arrival to performance time, etc.).

We believe you have
• A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering or Project management fields.
• PMP or PgMP (PMI) Certificate (preferably) or Certificate level B or A (IPMA).
• 10 or more years of work experience within projects.
• Working experience in SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with food industry and installation projects are an asset.
• Fluency in English is required.
• You have customer management experience, and technical and commercial negotiations skills.
• You have a good level of analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of business and customers’ needs.
• You are a self-driven, decisive, highly motivated and independent in your work.
You are, at heart, a project manager that feel excited in navigating and steering large customer projects in a global setting. We believe, you have a positive and strong leadership and an organized way of working delivering under time and pressure. You are stress resistant, you posses’ excellent collaboration and communications skills able to drive activities and successfully collaborate with others to reach targets set to timeframe.
We think you easily adapt to changes and can take the timely decisions in a challenging environment. Finally, you possess excellent stakeholder management skills, able to present, drive conversation, balance expectations and speak up when needed.
