About the job

Alfa Laval continuously delivers solutions to secure the #1 experience for all customers. We want to take the next step now and are looking for a Senior (NEXT) Project Manager to secure customer satisfaction from advanced gasketed heat exchangers (GPHE).

Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Deliver projects on time, on spec, on budget using existing processes and tools through all steps of project execution from hand-over till project closure
* Lead cross-functional international project teams 
* Contribute to process development
* Deliver on key indicators including CGM improvement among others

The position is based in Lund (Sweden) with possibility to act as PM from distance. Travels are part of the job. You report directly to the manager of Project order team Product Group GPHE and is part of Project management office. Furthermore, you will work closely with NEXT PMs and project teams located in different parts of the world, factory execution teams and regional sales organizations as well as R&D and Product management when required.

At the same time, you are capable to take full responsibility for customer contract. You are the person who understands that business must be long-term profitable and ready to find non-trivial solutions for unique customer demands. You need to be a practical oriented project manager who leads the team by example and who has a structured teamwork approach.

Finally, you know how to influence at all levels in customer organizations and as well as internally. You are confident in promoting new ways of work using the power of digitalization to increase efficiency of the team based on your strong technical and commercial skills

What you know

You have already gained experiences in managing complex projects involving specialized industrial equipment. You know how to navigate in a matrix organization and manage relations with proven success of leading project teams.

You have a master’s degree in business, technology, or engineering. You are fluent in written and verbal English.
