Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager at ISEC, you will be a leading member of the teams responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products or delivering systems. You will lead product development and system delivery projects, investigate and remove obstacles that slow down project progress, and make improvements to development and system delivery processes when necessary. Additionally, you will assess project requirements such as budgets, timescales, and specifications, and work with the team to develop clear targets that make it possible to work effectively towards product and project goals.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead product development and system delivery projects - "get the job done"
Investigate and remove obstacles and issues that slow down project progress
Make improvements to development and system delivery processes when necessary
Lead the work to assess project requirements as budgets, timescales, and specifications
Develop clear targets that make it possible to work effectively towards product and project goals
Organize and lead project pulse meetings
Visualize targets, ongoing activities, and progress
Keep track of progress and lead actions to correct deviations from plans
Support market and sales organization in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
Manage stakeholder communications
Give presentations and share knowledge and experiences
Mentor and develop team members and promote empowerment of the team
Take hands-on responsibility when needed
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear industry
Experience in leading product development and system delivery projects
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel approximately 10-20 days per year
