This is an opportunity to join the Technical Product Management (TPM) team at Oatly, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The TPM team takes care of our existing product portfolio and drives continuous improvement of our oat base process, products and packaging. You will have a key role in Oatly’s journey ahead as Senior Project Manager within TPM, with a focus to lead regional projects related to the European portfolio and production sites, as well as complex global and transversal projects in collaboration with all three regions across the globe.
You will be the driving force in the projects, keeping a holistic mindset, cooperating with different stakeholders across the company to provide your project teams with what they need to deliver great results. Your work will have a direct impact on the product portfolio of one of the world’s most innovative and sustainable companies. Here’s what you would do,
- Lead projects related to our existing portfolio of oat bases, products, and packaging
- Be responsible for regional projects with focus on the European portfolio as well as global and transversal projects related to all regions
- Lead the project teams to deliver on the scope, goals, and timelines
- Work with an agile approach and the structure needed
- Create and nurture the psychological safety in the project teams to empower creativity and enable collective intelligence to overcome challenges and find great solutions
- Work in close collaboration with other functions, sites and markets
- Travel to different productions sites, partners, and markets
Are you the Oatsome person we are looking for?
To thrive and be happy in this role, we believe that you have the following qualifications and experiences:
- Master of Science within food engineering or other relevant field
- At least ten years’ experience from project management, including complex projects and programs with different stakeholders
- At least five years’ experience from product or process development within the food or biotechnology industry
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

This role is placed at our headquarters in Malmö, but will require frequent travel to our different production sites, markets, and partners.
