What’s in it for you
Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Managers that can support and manage Global Facility and Construction Projects.
The role is positioned within Workplace in Volvo Cars Organization. Workplace is a Global Organisation covering EMEA, APAC and Americas, and consists of Assets & Property Management, Workplace Experience and Health, Safety & Security. You will be part of the organization with the overall responsible of for all the projects related to the Assets & Property management.
What you’ll do
In the role as a Senior Project Manager your main tasks, together with the team will be:
Support and manage major Facility Construction Projects from the initial project stage to the project closure.
Prepare, review and manage the overall Project Plan. In this include planned objectives and deliverables, together with the overall project team and relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
To provide technical guidance and give support in all areas of the latest Facility standard.
For example, in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with projects connected to establishing and developing our new state-of-the-art factory in Kosice, Slovakia!
You and your skills
To thrive in this position you have both strong business and financial acumen, with shown ability to deliver complex projects. We also think you are open to new ideas, you are an initiative taker and have high moral and integrity.
In this role you will be a part of a global team, and we believe you have a broad leadership experience on a senior level. We also need you to be fully proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
To be successful in this role we see that you have extensive experience from working at major building projects, preferably related to Facility and Construction Projects. Furthermore, experience from working and conducting building projects in an international environment is considered meritorious.
On a personal side, you are a strong communicator who has proven ability to network and build trust, on all levels. Last but not the least you act as a role model and show courage, judgement, and persuasiveness at work.
