Senior Project Manager

Klarna is on track to become a new force in payments worldwide and we're looking for Senior Project Managers to join us on this journey. To be able to take the next step we need to address several important projects ranging from international expansion, business development, product development and complex IT solutions and systems. As a Senior Project Manager you are part of building several business critical elements of Klarna?s future success.

The Senior Project Managers are part of PMO and work across Klarna?s entire organization. You proactively take part in shaping and refining Klarna's tactical planning process and project process, as well as working as an advocate for a strong project culture at Klarna by sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices.

As a Senior Project Manager you plan, coordinate and lead complex cross-functional projects. You work closely with Klarna management as well as stakeholders in the different divisions. You will be part of building the future of Klarna and love and understand the complexity in this challenge.

Minimal Requirements
- Master?s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent qualifications
- 8 years experience of managing change in complex organizations
- 4 years experience of independently leading successful projects
- Professional training in Project Management and Project Governance
- Professional experience of agile development methods, financial and risk analysis assessments, and working in cross-functional and cross-border teams

To successfully handle projects you need to be able to create strong relationships throughout the organisation. You have an eye for detail but can easily zoom out and handle the big picture. You are of course solution oriented and driven by a strong urge to deliver results.
