Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB is part of the Tetra Pak Group and works with engineering of plants for treatment and packaging of liquid food all over the world.We also have a role as global development and support organisation for engineering tools and plant automation. Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB sells and delivers large projects in the food business industries in close cooperation with our market companies around the world.We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team of project managers within Plant Engineering in Lund, Sweden. As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for highly complex projects involving process hardware and software, automation hardware and software and many times electricity and media distribution.The result of the projects will have high business impact on the company's operating figures.The projects can run for 1-2 years in time with a contract value of 5-20 MEUR.You will be overall responsible for assigned projects in all respects i.e.cost, time, quality and scope of obligations. The responsibilities comprise developing and managing the detailed project plan, including scope statement with high focus on contingency planning, work breakdown structure, resources, schedule and budget as well as developing communication plans for both internal and external communication.You will also be responsible for managing the project process according to our quality system.Besides this it is the Senior Project Managers responsibility to make sure that we achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction in our projects. We are searching for a person with documented experience of managing large scale international projects that also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar.We believe that you have a University degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of professional work experience.Your skills in MS Office and MS Project are good and you are fluent in both verbal and written English.As a person you are a good leader with very strong communication and presentation skills.You can motivate and drive the project and its team with positive result by means of an open and positive influencing style.Being able to manage change is highly important in our project environment.The role also requires analytical and negotiation skills.
