For Seco PMO, we’re now in search of a confident and inspiring Senior Project Manager to join us. With your expertise, you increase quality in our overall project portfolio, and you make sure that we’re well equipped to forecast, plan and execute a successful delivery in this area. As you make your mark on our project management processes, you also ensure business value for the entire organization. Quite simply, a truly exciting position with an industry leader that offers innovative and advanced products for metal cutting and a deep understanding for our customer needs.

Your mission
In this position, you’re fully responsible for managing all aspects of large, complex projects throughout the whole project chain, and you interact with multiple stakeholders and lead international teams with different organizational backgrounds to reach success in your work. Together with our project managers, change managers and portfolio coordinators, you set detailed requirements, report progress and follow up on budgets, and you analyze and manage potential risks. An important part of your assignment is to ensure that we have the right resources for each step of the way.

You contribute with your knowledge in different project management techniques and use your experience and inspiring manners to mentor others. Additionally, you support our PMO in setting clear goals and maintaining strategies for improvement of processes, methods and models based on business needs. The preferred location for this job is at our headquarters in Fagersta, although we do offer some flexibility regarding this.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or IT, and senior experience from managing projects in a global context with virtual teams. You have knowledge of change and stakeholder management, as well as the manufacturing industry, and you have hands-on experience from PMM systems. Skills in agile methodologies is considered a plus. As we act on the global stage, you also need advanced knowledge in English, while language skills in Swedish are beneficial.
