As part of Development & Engineering, the D&E Packaging Material organization is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management organization.In the position you will manage larger complex technology development projects within packaging material development, taking them from start to delivery.You will also take part of improving our processes.Your main contacts will be our product platforms, the Packaging material line organisation and different suppliers.

Your main objectives will be to:
-Deliver the project in time on budget and full quality
-Build and lead core team
-Implementation of new Technology Development process and new organisational methodology

Kvalifikationer

To be successful you will need to have a strong drive and result orientation pushing trough obstacles and issue in order to deliver on your objectives.Excellent communication skills will be crucial as you will be interacting with many different stake holders from specialists to senior management.Your have a analytical mindset and is motivated by planning and structuring.

You have several years experience from successfully driving complex projects.You have a clear understanding on the relations in the business case between technology development and our business.PMI certification will be seen as a merit.
