Arbetsbeskrivning
You are responsible for the quality provision of service, managing people as well as for managing and reporting on it. You oversee the execution of day-to-day operations to ensure contractual commitments are met. You proactively manage the day-to-day relationship with the client(s)/client representatives to ensure a high level of satisfaction, and you ensure that continuous improvements are put in place to help ensure the continuity of our contracts. You work closely with others to plan the overall client relationship strategy, concentrating on cost reduction, service improvement and new business.
You have:
-Relevant University degree
-At least 7 years experience as Delivery Manager
-Management experience
-Have experience from leading global teams
-Strong interest in Business Leadership
-Relevant certifications
-Good knowledge about the Indian culture and language
You are:
A person that is stimulated by challenging problems in a global delivery. As a person you are structured, target driven, engaged and customer focused. You should have the ability to guide and develop your team and have good communication and presentation skills.
