Project Implementation Office within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment covering Europe & Central Asia (ECA) we sell, engineer, and deliver projects for the food industry covering project scope from smaller solution up to full a complete factory
We drive and deliver projects in close cooperation with our 4 Project Centres located in Russia, Spain, Germany and UK.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that will have the overall responsible for planning, execution and delivery of our large project.

The position can be located in Lund or in one of our Cluster Project Centres in Europe. It will require
30-40% travelling mainly in Europe, depending on location of your projects.

What you will do
As Senior Project Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment within Europe and Central Asia managing our large (>20MEur) and/or high-risk commercial projects to our customers with cross functional teams. You will be part of the cluster project management office within Processing Solution and Equipment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the overall responsible for planning, execution and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet project scope, objectives and business requirements.

You will focus on
· Define, communicate, and manage project scope, risks, objectives and deliverables based on contractual agreement and stakeholders’ requirements
· Manage customer and their expectations, being responsible for customer satisfaction and post project calculation.
· Manage stakeholder management on all levels from low to senior level management, both internally and externally
· Build effective high-performance project team, manage delegation, motivation, and coordination
· Coordination of the construction site activities in support with the customer
· Processing of "variation orders" towards customer and effectively manage changes along the way.
· Coach project team and other project managers to secure competence transfer and development

Who you are
You are a person with lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator and have a strong and informal authority and easily work cross-functionally with people on all levels and cultures.

Probably you have a university/master’s degree in engineering or equalling experience documented and very strong track record of project management (>8years of managing large projects and diversified teams), likely in commercial projects. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing, knowledges in other languages are a plus
