Senior Project Manager - WIBE

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager that´s proactive and wants to build a strong and focused team in the project execution. In this role you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive the project to meet our customers’ expectations. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem solving. You will lead a team of 3 and report to our Head of Engineering.
Main tasks will be:
Lead and execute medium and large-scale new product development projects and customized projects
Collaborate between different factories across multiple departments and levels inside the company
Drive the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project (initiation, planning, execution, and release) including task planning, monitoring progress and deliverables until completion.
Perform Risk assessment and skilled in early detection and resolution of risks. Be proactive to build a strong and focused team in the project execution.
Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders and within the project team
Take full accountability over project (Timeline, Cost, and Quality) including Co-ordination, leading directions, Commitment from stake holders as per forecast
Build financial assessment of the investment in the project and track the project expenses.
Systematic review of deviations against specifications, or project changes impacting the project timelines and commitments.
Organize stage gate reviews with the management team for the steering committee decisions of the key milestones of the project.
Ensure full and effective reporting to management and timely surfacing of project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance or safety practices.
Project documentation – Charter, specifications, technical documents, field reports, qualification plan should be well organized and connected to the project.
Education and Experience
Qualified degree level in relevant discipline (Engineering and/or Business)
Experienced user of project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Gantt Chart).
Mandatory CAPM certified
Experience and a strong track record in project management
Strong ability to build customer relationship, and a strong collaboration with sales team for change order management team
Preferred Certifications PMP
Experience project management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Need to have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
