Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us.
What you'll do
Organizing and building program roadmaps to align on clear scope and execution targets
Develop ways-of-working and drive decision making across multiple teams and locations
Implement and manage through any significant changes to ensure project goals are achieved
Set cadence and tone for stakeholder management and communication
Analyze and recommend solutions for potential risks
Ensure we are delivering sustainably and continuously improving
Mentor others to help build our project and program management capabilities



Who you are
You have experience of successful delivery of projects spanning multiple teams, functions and locations
You have worked with software development and are well versed with agile methodologies and values
You can easily communicate strategies, goals, and project status in a compelling way to teammates and executives
You’re self-motivated, independent and dedicated, and willing to get hands-on solving any problem that needs help to move forward
A familiarity with innovation projects and/or driving product launches is a plus.
