You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting with 1500 colleagues, of 77 different nationalities, dedicated to Electrolux products and businesses, across the World.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team who will be responsible for managing projects and facilitate programs from inception to completion.
Tasks:
· Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
· Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
· Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
· Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
· Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, peers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in project management focusing on software development in a complex and global organization
· Extensive knowledge of agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall methodologies.
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
· Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
· 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
· 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
· Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
