Senior Project manager – Business Control Production Logistics

Role description
As CPM/PM you need to be flexible and have the possibility to drive investigations, pre-studies and projects in all the areas based on the.
The project areas will be within:
Business Control & Accounting
End 2 End Supply Chain – Landed cost visibility
Dashboard development integration
Cost deployment

In the CPM/PM role you will lead and manage people of different expertise from business and IT and deliver projects within scope. Development project will be executed in an agile way and will require a leadership with high focus to create holistic value added on improved measurements for the supply chain.

Responsibilities
· Manage agile development.
· Manage project scope, agile planning, deliverables, budget etc.
· Lead efficient and productive project meetings.
· Secure and align directions and main decision with steering committee.
· Identify and resolve issues and risks.
· Manage project resources.
· Stakeholder management.
· Quality assured deliveries.
Competences and skills
· A solid background in business control and supply chain optimization experience.
· Strong knowledge about supply chain and/or transport management.
· Experience from leading business development across several teams, stakeholders, cultures and time zones.
· Experience in Agile teams.
· Strong in communication on both strategic and operational levels both verbal and written ability.
· Ability to quickly grasp the business discussions and make complex messages understandable for a wider audience.
· Holistic perspective with an eye for details, strong ability to prioritize.
· Analytical quick learner and an ability to quickly grasp the business discussions.
· Ability to lead people, coach people and motivate the project teams.
· High skillset and experience of running cost deployment
