Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Contract Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Drive project execution with a strong emphasis on contract management and negotiation to ensure commercial success.
Coach and support employees navigating changes in their daily responsibilities and assignments.
Establish and adapt the contract administration framework, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the customer alongside financial project tracking.
Collaborate with clients to quickly understand and staff the work packages under your responsibility, ensuring ongoing monitoring of deliverables.
Ensure the availability and allocation of resources with the appropriate skill sets, utilizing both internal resources and external networks as needed.

What you bring:
Previous experience managing large consultancy contracts for international clients.
A robust commercial background with demonstrated skills in contract management and negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships and provide employee coaching.
Highly organized with the ability to manage contract administration and reporting processes efficiently.
Experience and understanding of industrial projects.
Willingness to visit both customer offices in Stockholm at least twice a week.
