Cryo AB, a Linde Group entity, is now looking for an Senior Project Manager with experience in leading Off-Shore and On-Shore projects.    

The Senior Project Manager is managing the execution of key projects of the Product Line “LNG Packaged Units & EPC” within the given cost, schedule and project related objectives and relevant QHSE requirements

Key responsibilities:

• The senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution of the key projects within the given cost, schedule and project related objectives and relevant QHSE requirements.
• Leading the project on the basis of management, core and support processes as defined in the IMS for CRYO AB
• Responsible for the coordination and the development of an optimal and cost-effective technical execution strategy
• Initiating and monitoring the strategy’s implementation and coordination between disciplines as well as the client, partners, suppliers and sub-contractors.


Professional and personal qualifications:

Professional qualification/experience:

• Engineering degree
• Experience in execution of packaged units or small-to-mid size EP/EPC projects
• Strong background as project manager, engineering manager or lead engineer in key disciplines
• Used to work in small organizations and small effective teams
• Experience in cross-cultural communication and collaboration
• Fluent English


Personal qualification/skills:

• Good team worker, effective communicator
• Excellent leadership skills, focusing on results
• Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Customer focused
• Experience in managing change and risk
• Able to work under pressure
• High performance mind-set and drive(-)
