About the position
You will be the Senior Project Manager/Work Package Owner for one or more disciplines including:
- Spray drying
- Chemistry
- Chromatography and ultrafiltration
- Raw material and solvents
- CIP
You will be an important part of the PM Process Group with overall responsibility for the full API process from A-Z. You will work closely with the other WPO's and our engineering company and frequently interact with other disciplines and QA. Your work package will develop over time with the responsibility for assuring state-of-the-art design solutions and quality level, oversee construction, execute design reviews, prepare and execute test, where all requirements are being verified, ensuring that the process is fit for intended use.
The position offers great possibility for personal and professional development with a broad range of tasks, where you will need to find creative and innovative solutions. Many people will be looking at you for guidance and direction. We expect you to already know a lot about your area, and that you are ready to learn the rest. Most importantly, you will inspire stakeholders, challenge when necessary, ensure efficient project processes and be the Project Manager you always wanted to work with yourself.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
- You probably have a degree within engineering, and you have at least five years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry also covering different aspects of qualification and validation.
- You have proven experience in project management, and you are great at both contributing to and managing complex technical projects.
- You have a hands-on approach to your tasks and are technically adept, willing to learn and motivated to work in a project department.
- You are fluent in English both oral and written, Danish will be considered an advantage.
As a person, you are quite outgoing, easy to reach and able to engage with numerous stakeholders. Your positive and proactive can-do attitude energises your colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring engagement and commitment. The structure you apply helps you prioritise even when things are moving fast, and you are known for getting the job done.
About the Department
We are in the process of designing and building an innovative large-scale manufacturing facility for purification of innovative pharmaceutical proteins for treating patients with serious chronic diseases. The facility will be constructed at our site Kalundborg and the plant design will apply new data and robotics technology for next level manufacturing.
Currently, we are around 50 engaged and motivated employees. Within the coming years, we will expand and onboard approximately 200 more. Maybe you will be one of them?
