Description
Responsible for launching a Digital Product with medium and complex launch impact, as per agreement with Product Owner
Lead the launch across a diverse set of activities to ensure a successful launch (Business process and technical aspect) including communication of product/ multi-product launch status to applicable forums
Contribute to develop and established overall launch plan with committed delivery timelines
Track readiness of countries and central support functions to ensure timeline to be kept for a successful launch
Secure a customized launch toolkit for the specific product, with a consolidated change plan and training material
Collaborate closely, provide guidance and support to the Pilot Country Digital Deployment Specialist to ensure successful execution of work packages
Receive and incorporate country feedback on communication and training material
Mandatory competence and experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and delivering complex change processes/products.
Experience in launching of digital products/leading projects across multiple countries and in driving change across multifunctional teams crosswise different geographies.
Preferably experience in agile working set-up and working as part of agile team.
Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Extensive knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured frameworks
Extensive experience in strategic communication and change management skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience of working with iterative, agile product development and deployment teams, including key events and artefacts
Experience in handling complex environments with multiple product launches happening across different countries simultaneously
Understanding of change processes required for rollout of digital products across countries
Ability to handle multiple roll outs (not more than 3) at the same time
Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Extensive experience in strategic communication and change management skill
Extensive knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured
