- We deliver projects and competence to support and develop business solutions
- We are the orderer of services, enhancements and projects ? the business interface towards IT
- We manage one agreed and steered business solutions agenda in Range & Supply

As a Project Manager within IKEA you have the responsibility to manage and deliver high-quality projects.

As a Project Manager you will be:
- Leading a business development project and delivering the expected result within the agreed time, cost and quality frame
- Leading and managing a project team comprising of a mix of Project & Business Professionals
- Providing the Project Steering Group with the relevant information about the project status and recommending direction and decisions
- Communicating and co-operating with all stakeholders
- Working with and adhering to the Business Solutions Range & Supply project framework and approved methods and tools

You will have the integrity necessary to run large scale projects and the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.

You have a relevant education, adequate training and preferably project management certifications. You have a good understanding of connecting business with IT but your greatest strengths lie in your leadership and your proven ability to manage and execute large, complex projects. You will take full ownership and responsibility for your projects. As senior project manager international travel is highly likely.

The position can be based in either Helsingborg or Älmhult, Sweden.

You will report to the Project Management Matrix Manager within Business Solutions Range & Supply and when assigned to a project to the respective Project Steering Group.
