We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
A senior project manager is needed for a larger municipality's ongoing system change project in personnel and payroll administration.
Project management, particularly the main project manager, is expected to participate actively in the dialogue with these groups, particularly the strategic-tactical change leaders.
The municipality's HR director is the project's owner. Both the client and the receiving management organisation work closely with the main project manager and deputy project manager.
Clients and recipients are involved in the daily work and keep track of the project's progress on a strategic, tactical, and operational level, as needed to ensure progress. The work is also carried out in close collaboration with the project manager and sub-project manager of the supplier.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
The offered consultant must have at least five (5) years of documented experience planning, implementing, and following up large system change projects in close collaboration with customers, recipients, and relevant suppliers in order to provide foresight into future steps.
At least five (5) years of documented experience leading, coaching, and creating conditions for sub-project managers in their assignments is required of the offered consultant.
Project management system changes in personnel and payroll administration are meditating experience.
