As part of the Business Transformation, they are investing to transform our business operations in finance and procurement to create the right pre-conditions for our future.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist our Client in:
You will manage the people consequences plan, competence development plan and social partner plan for the S2Pi target group Group Procurement, which includes supporting the social partner dialogues happening in the countries due to the BOT/S2Pi implementation. You will be the main point of contact in Group Procurement for change management requirements on BOT, as well as BOT for S2Pi change related topics and requirements.
Additionally, you will implement change activities as outlined in the S2Pi change plan for the target groups in Group Procurement / CoE and other target groups outside the countries. You will support the Implementation Facilitators in the countries, with specific Procurement / S2Pi knowledge and expertise, as well as the Procurement Transition Lead in the mobilisation of S2Pi BOT resources and support the organisation in back-filling.
Moreover, you will plan and drive training related activities for Group Procurement training and build up a library of standard S2Pi change management tools and presentations to be used as a standard for the countries through-out the whole BOT journey. Additionally you will be responsible for supporting the country BOT baselining from a total S2Pi perspective. You will set the change plan for S2Pi as a totality, including all activities both on country and group level that are required for the S2Pi change to be successful.

- Strong commitment to deliver according to promise
- Strong knowledge of, and a good network in Ingka Group Procurement
- Strong knowledge in change management
- Ability to be pro-active and take initiative, prioritise and delegate with a high level of decisiveness
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Understanding of existing ways of working inside and outside finance and procurement
- Understanding of retail business is a plus
- Project Management experience would be an asset
- The location for this position is EU
