Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is experienced in implementation of supply chain processes and supporting systems in an industrial environment.

What you'll do:
● Work closely with the OTC Program Manager, key stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization, the IT organization, and together with the Project Managers for interfacing OTC projects, primarily Order Management and Supply Chain Planning.
● Take responsibility for leading the project and streams (including both system related deliverables and non-system related deliverables) together with the project manager from the implementation partner.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers to realize functionalities and secure the quality of products.
● Track the preparation work required in readiness for future sprints in the form of backlog refinement and showstopper impediment removal.
● Ability to evaluate and the inspect performance of the team(s) and individuals quarterly with transparency using proven key performance indicators.
Who you are:
● Experience and understanding of process design and system solutions as well as understanding the interface to the surrounding system landscape and architectural view.
● Good at understanding a process and how it should be implemented in the best way, i.e., provide effective system support through the regress management.
● Good knowledge and understanding of different relevant frameworks and standards (for instance ISO, ITIL, SaFe, IT4IT, SOX etc).
● Ability to interpret, evaluate and handle and document complex and worthy of protection information and based on this to make selections and priorities.
● Have experience from implementation of supply chain processes and supporting systems, ERP and/or TMS systems.
