About the position:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will execute Zeppelin Construction Equipment Nordics strategy process and consult the management in further development of the corporate strategy.
Both the role and the department are new in the company and you will be a part in developing the department.
Tasks:
Management of projects for strategy implementation, organizational development and integration of acquired companies.
Analysis, optimization and further development of business processes together with the business units.
Initiation and support of new business models.
Responsibility for project management, project steering and project controlling.
Support for M&A projects
Critical examination of trends and industry movements.
Coaching and support of managers in the strategic development of their respective areas of responsibility.
Preparation and creation of decision papers.
The position is placed in the HQ in Mölndal and will report to a Member of the Executive Board.
Who are you?
Qualitifications:
Degree in economics or technical studies with business management background.
Minimal 3 years of experience in project management from a management consultancy, start-up or corporate development of an industrial company.
Experienced handling of agile project management methods and moderation of workshops.
Excellent in English, both in writing and speaking.
Personal qualifications:
High self-motivation, independence, strong communication skills and proactivity.
Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skills.
Enjoy strategy, innovation, change management and process optimization.
Easy to build good relations and to motivate others in the development process..
