In project execution for Northern Europe and the Middle East an international team of approximately 200 motivated employees focus on delivering to our customers on time, budget, and quality.

How to contribute to our vision
Our Project Managers are realizing the contracts for windfarms that have been signed between Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) and the customer. The typical contracts include manufacture, transport and installation up to final commissioning of wind turbines at the customers project site.
You will be at the spot where everything comes together, and we make green energy a reality. You will interact closely with construction sites and ensure every puzzle piece fits together. Additionally, you will be responsible for consulting with customers on technical solutions.
In this role you will have the full responsibility for execution of Onshore Wind projects, primarily in Sweden, but also in United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Denmark and Norway. You will coordinate the overall planning of the projects and decide on allocation of resources. You will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost. In addition, your responsibilities will include the managing and coordination of all temporarily assigned project staff.
Travelling to customer sites and our headquarters in Brande, Denmark can be expected approximately on a monthly basis.
This position will be located at our office in Solna.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
The ideal candidate has master’s degree within engineering, and it would be a great advantage if you have a technical background as well.
Our new Project Manager has a proven track record of project management with minimum five years of experience and it is meritorious if you have a IPMA project management certification.
As you will be in constant communication with customers, outside contractors and other stakeholders it is very important that you are an excellent communicator and have a structured approach to your work.
Our corporate language is English so it is a requirement that you have good communication skills, both oral and in writing. Your are also fluent in Swedish, both oral and in writing.
