Senior Project Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Product Area of Roof Zone Module (RZM). You should support the integration, optimization and control of the components and functionalities available in the roof.
You will work in an agile team together with other GDL/Project Managers and HW designers, who are working to deliver several functions that are integrated in the Overhead console and Reading lamps.
What you'll do:
● Leading the sourcing process of the next generation Overhead Console for the GPA platform.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers to realize our functionalities and secure the quality of our products.
● Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the agile software development team.
● Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
● Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
● Draft key objectives and results, and strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
● Ensure that developed processes and routines are updated continuously to streamline the work.
Who you are:
● Hold M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics or equivalent.
● Possess at least 4 years of experience in Automotive Electronics should be able to build good relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers.
● Capacity to drive several issues simultaneously and work in a structured way.
● Experience in SW Development, System Weaver, Electronic HW Design, Software Architecture Design and ISO26262 is meritorious.
● This role requires you to have great communication skills and fluency in English.
