SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - stockholm/remote

We are searching for a senior project manager who has led larger projects and complicated investigations including both IT and operations. The task entails managing a project to improve the delivery quality in one of our logistics flows. The difficulty is significant, and it encompasses a variety of logistics-related domains, both IT and business-related. The project will analyse error sources and fundamental causes of quality defects, provide ideas and decision material to reduce the chance of mistakes happening, and assist the execution of determined solutions.
To be successful in this project, you must have significant IT expertise, preferably combined with understanding of logistics operations, with a focus on warehousing. You must be a non-prestigious problem solver who rapidly grasps complicated linkages and approaches issues pragmatically. You must be organised and communicative, as well as willing to roll up your sleeves and work on the project operationally.
Profile
At least ten years of project management experience with a diverse background in both IT and business.
Experience in logistics and warehouse operations is preferred.
Experience in retail, with a preference for food shopping.
You have successful experience with:


Work with huge, complex organisations with numerous stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
