Are you an experienced, motivated Project Manager? Are you ready to play a central role in shaping and developing our thriving structural engineering department at COWI? Join us now to contribute to challenging and exciting construction projects!
Come work with us at Industry and Building
Join our Industry and Building team at COWI. We excel in delivering both multidisciplinary assignments and projects within specific disciplines to our valued clients. As trusted partners, we guide our clients throughout the entire process – from conceptualization to managing diverse property portfolios. Our expertise covers Building Technology, Project Management, HVAC and Energy Technology, as well as Electrical Engineering and Facility Support.
Our Structural Engineering group in Solna is growing, and we see a high demand for our services. In this role as Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with colleagues and clients. Your primary task within the team is to lead the structural discipline in our property-related projects. Often, these projects require collaboration with other discipline project managers, and you will have a significant role in coordinating their work.
Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:
Leading the planning and execution of multidisciplinary building projects
Establishing yourself as the go-to expert in construction engineering for colleagues and clients
Be committed to up- and reskilling of employees through mentorship
Contributing to business development efforts within the buildings sector
Your skills. Our team. Together we create the future
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways, but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you will have:
Relevant education in construction and/or structural engineering.
Several years of experience as a project manager in construction and structural design.
Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues across our Swedish and Lithuanian offices
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language.
A place to work and so much more
