We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Technology to drive evaluation, adaptation and development of new technology for Formed Fiber. The position can be based in Hylte, Karlstad or Stockholm. You will be working in the Formed Fiber team which is a part of Packaging Solutions Division. You will report to Director Formed Fiber Technology.

Formed Fiber materials are based on wood fibers and can be produced to most 3D shapes with many of the same mechanical and functional properties as plastics and so provides a novel and powerful vehicle for displacing plastics. We are now seeing interest in Formed Fiber spread to a large number of applications where the market potential is counted in billions of units. The goal of the Formed Fiber team is to capitalize on this opportunity by quickly scaling up capacity, research new technologies and commercialize new applications to become a leader in this market. About the position
As a Senior Project Manager Technology you are going to be a part of Formed Fibers Technology team, with ambitious and driven colleagues. You will be responsible for leading R&D projects with target to move from idea stage to pilot stage and to continue to follow the Technology in investment and commissioning phases. You will provide professional expertise on Formed Fiber technologies and develop new Formed fiber materials, process technologies and solutions. In this role you will drive both internal and external collaborations projects e.g. together with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person who is highly driven and self-motivated. You have at least 10 years of relevant experience developing Technology in different roles and also worked as a project manager for 2 years. Your proficiency is based on a degree in engineering, chemistry, material science or another relevant area. You are creative and can assess the technical feasibility of new technologies and their potential to bring value for business. You are a great communicator with excellent negotiation skills, and you communicate fluently in English. This position requires travelling.
