Your role
We are now looking for skilled Senior Project Manager and as a project manager at our company you will work as part of the Nordic Program Office team. The role is divided into mainly two parts: Bid Management & client Transformation, Portfolio Management & PM support.
You are a solution-oriented team player and you enjoy interactive way of working. You should be fluent in English and any Scandinavian language is an advantage. You will be part of the global Capgemini Engineering network and despite professional development, we also offer many different activities with our base in Brunnsparken in Gothenburg - better location is hard to get!
Your profile
Responsibility on overall bid process and KPIs connected to the sales funnel as win rate etc
Portfolio manager for the Telecom Sector with Ericsson and Nokia as main clients
Main responsibility as portfolio manager:
Bid: validating bids in terms of profitability and risk as well as securing a winning bid
Delivery: Follow up and drive the telecom portfolio on Quality, time, cost, profitability
Manage the PMs in the Telecom sector
