Your new role
As project manager you are the heart and soul of the customers project, and the position comes with responsibilities, but also the possibility to make a difference with your leadership and skills.

As project manager you will be responsible for leading delivery projects through the complete project cycle, including design, installation, and operational launch, including commissioning and qualification at customer site. You will have a competent and goal-oriented organization with you, that is characterized by a unique will to cooperate and reach set goals together as a team. Projects may be anywhere, but focus is on North America and Europe, with a strong home base market in Sweden.

The projects you lead may vary in size and can reach a billion SEK and hundreds of project members, although smaller projects are more common. The projects are high in technical complexity. The organization delivers turnkey pharma factories and facilities to the customers, striving to be competitive with short delivery times from design to complete installation.

What you'll need to succeed
We believe that you are a person that enjoys working with complex projects to large, international customers without necessarily having to be part of a large organization.
You have:

* A master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
* Several years' experience from construction and facility engineering projects, ideally both from international and domestic projects
* Leadership experience
* Good negotiation skills
* Ideally also experience of:
* working with GMP
* construction and facility engineering projects for the pharma/biotech, nuclear, chemistry or food industries
* Preferably, a certification within project management, e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMI.
