We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a senior project manager for a banking client, preferably with a technical background and a sense of change management. The customer currently has a number of changes that they want and intend to implement, but they lack internal resources to drive the projects.


On the one hand, they want to improve the efficiency of credit preparation by automating the system process, and on the other hand, they want to expand their CRM system by integrating the core banking system with the CRM system in order to drive the process towards a 360-VY over the customer.


You will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements are sufficient, developing a project plan, and leading and distributing work within each project. In order to support the individual project members, you must also be able to coordinate and prioritise between the various parts of the project and formulate a clear goal picture.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:


Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Experienced project manager with a strong understanding of technology Ability to manage the entire project (both business and IT)
The ability to be operational, including the ability to run WS and document requirements.
Understanding and experience with agile working
Individual characteristics
Unobtrusive
Senior to the individual
Accepting accountability
The ability to get the business to communicate with one another.
