Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Epic Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation plans.
Gather and clarify requirements with multiple stakeholders and technical experts.
Drive project execution, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
Lead risk management efforts with the team to address potential risks and uncertainties related to the new solution’s implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturers, testing facilities, product owners, and line management throughout project execution.

What you bring:
University degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience managing R&D projects, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a multi-site global environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not required.
