Senior Project Manager/Program Manager

Within our Technology Development Projects team (TD Projects) in Packaging Technology, we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager.

Within Development & Engineering (D&E), Packaging Technology is responsible for defining new concept developments, drive and execute new technology developments and to develop & sustain key technology competencies, methods and tools.

TD Projects leads the total portfolio of technology development projects with the aim to secure technology leadership for Tetra Pak.Furthermore, we lead, deliver and transfer technology development project outcome to the various platform organisations within D&E with a view to assist them in securing their product development plans.

In this position you will lead and execute Technology Development projects in accordance to our new product creation process.The plan is to develop the position into a program management role in which a cluster of projects will report.

Kvalifikationer


The successful candidate is a strong driver with focus on result and scope management.You have strong leadership qualities, communicational skills and a very structured way of working.You have experience from and are motivated by working with change management and you are challenged by technically complex projects.A definitive merit is experience from packaging material developments and/or a solid understanding of polymers and packaging material structures.

You will have a relevant education within Project Management and a University Degree.You have at least 5 years of experience from driving significant development projects.





The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy and Lund, Sweden.
