Senior Project Manager/Program Manager

Tasks :

The Project manager is part of the Data Center Transformation (DCT) program and is managing the project JDC establishment. JDC establishment project is responsible to establish a new datacenter in Forsmark. Purchase and install network, servers, storage, backup and all other infrastructure equipment needed for the establishment of the new site. The project is also responsible for the setup of a new Disaster recovery site. Furthermore the project is responsible for the build and configuration of the new target architecture that has been developed part of the DCT program. JDC establishment as a project consist of several technical domains where the Project manager has a team of, in average, 6 fulltime resources and up to 40 part time resources. The team is highly international and focus, as example, on; Compute, Storage/Backup and Network NSX-, Identity, Security. The PM is responsible for overall planning, budget, risks, quality and to ensure it is completed in a timely fashion and professionally handed over to Operations. The Project manager shall plan and assign resources, prepare budget, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed through the entire project. This is a project with tough demands for all aspects of what the project is responsible for.

Necessary experience:

Need experience of leading international teams either as manager or PM. Strong leadership skills is a necessity, as well as running complex projects with many stakeholders Need to have a strong IT background preferably within Infrastructure. IT Project or Program Manager (+5 experience) Fluent English speaking Great at managing Time, Cost and Quality. Great skills of working with large stakeholders groups and to create a good cooperation between different parts of the organization.

Meritorious experience:

Experience from transitions / transformations that involves data center relocation´s and/or transitions. Documented record of solving complex issues. Can do attitude with a strong commitment towards agreed objectives. Implementation of IT Infrastructure Good high-level understanding of VMware products and Tenant concepts Experience from working with strict security requirements such as the Protective security act .Experience from the Utility industry

Profile:

Good communication skills, Structured ,Quickly understand new business processes/requirements and technologies ,Proven leadership skills.







Location Solna/Sweden. The consultant should be EU Citizen or Candidate should be Europe for the last 5 years
