We are looking for Senior Project Managers and Programme Managers
Located at IKEA Project Management Offices in ? Brussels and Helsingborg

We will add new capabilities to our business model: such as multichannel retailing, customer relationship management, talent management and next generation product development, as well as develop our running business and expansion to new markets ? all to meet the needs and dreams of our customers. Forming the long term strategic direction by Business Process & IT Development Portfolio, we secure our ambitious projects and programmes ? managed by competent leaders.

You will enter an environment within areas of Retail, Supply chain, Finance, HR and Property, with challenging targets and some of the most experienced people in the market. All excited by the same challenging objective, to be successful and get empowered in this large investment and to be a part of the new business development model.

Programme Managers:
Proven track record of outstanding leadership with high seniority and experience of driving major transformation programmes, preferably within retail and/or supply chain. Stakeholder management and a structured approach for change. Ability to transform business objectives to result, across the organisational structure and by inspiring people through change. Sense of innovation that makes a difference in combination of great analytical skills.

Senior Project Managers and Project Managers:
Proven track record of Strong Leadership and with high seniority and experience of driving complex Projects or part of Program across processes/organizations. Experience from Retail and/or Supply chain with IT related development. Strong communication skills and with customer and business in focus. You have strong capability to deliver to promise, by tactical and operational ability and constructive in changing situations.
