Project planning from award to installation 
As a Project planner your main tasks are to plan and follow up client projects regarding all phases of the project from award to finalized installation and commissioning, support and give input to the Tender Planner and reporting internally as well as externally. You will also mentor junior planners and develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means and tools to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control and reporting activities across the Project. You will participate in several project teams.

You will also be responsible for delivering: 

* Project plans
* Monthly reports
* Weekly reports if applicable
* Progress follow ups
* Follow up of milestones
* Analysis and suggestions on proactive actions


Senior and supportive team player
You have proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables. Working in a structured way and being supportive to your colleagues comes natural to you.

Additionally, your CV includes:

•    You preferably have a Bachelor or Master’s in project management
•    Relevant professional experience can beat a formal degree
•    At least ten years professional experience in project planning 
•    Primavera P6 expertise
•    Solid experience from NEC contracts
•    Fluency in English

The location for this position could be flexible at any of our offices in Sweden; Malmö, Alingsås, Västerås or Falun but preferably Karlskrona.
