Senior Project/Program Manager to PMO, Project Management Office
As part of the ongoing growth journey, Q-linea is now forming and implementing a Project Management Office (PMO) which will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects and programs within the company. PMO will manage projects and programs within Product development for Medical device (In-vitro Diagnostics) for various markets such as the EU and the US, and within Process improvements. As the organization is in its infancy, you will be playing a key part in defining processes and ways of working for the PMO and the company.
We are now looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager who will be responsible for projects or programs within PMO. Your first task will be to take over a large product development/product care activity for the ASTar product, which was launched last year. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and keeping track of stakeholder input, communicate with stakeholders, set scope, plan, and drive projects within the program, and manage the delivery of value to the product platform in form of timely software releases and upgrades to new instrument deliveries as well as for installed park. You will work closely with Product management, the service organization, customer care and development to define, prioritize, develop and implement the agreed changes.
Qualifications
Expectations:
You have a Bachelor of Science or higher education, or documented similar work experience
At least 8 years of proven experience working within project management and/or program management, preferably within the MedTech field.
Either fluent in Swedish and good understanding of English (speaking, understanding, and writing), or fluent in English (speaking, understanding, and writing).

Bonus:
Experience from product care organizations, project and/or programs
Experience from working in ISO 13485 certified quality systems
Experienced in lean and agile project management models
Personnel management experience
Experience from project management in industry.
