Responsibilities
The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for Itiviti products testing
Creates test strategies and plans. Works with all stakeholders of SDLC to ensure software quality
After testing provides feedback to developers on potential changes
Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing
Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures
Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems
The QA strongly contributes to Itiviti's image regarding product quality



Main processes, systems, tools used
Scrum, Test Driven Development, Jenkins, TestComplete, UL Test, Milestone, Gradle, GIT, Gerrit, Spira, JIRA, Slack, Confluence, Memory and CPU profilers, Google suite and other Test Management Tools
Basic knowledge of Itiviti products, configuration and maintenance



Experience
Good knowledge of Tbricks system processes related to QA routines
Ideally up to 5 years of experience in IT (software quality engineer)
Good understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures used within the software quality assurance field
Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files
Ability to think logically and methodically.
Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
Strong attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies
Rigorous and methodical you are highly motivated and have real analytical skills
Good knowledge of Scrip languages and ability to implement them for automation testing
