Senior QA Tech Architect

We are looking for a Senior QA Tech Architect to central Tech Enablement Product Area for one of our client in Stockholm.
Our client QA Tech team works as an enablement team to all their product organization consisting of hundreds of autonomous product teams. They improve and execute on the QA strategy and provide guidelines, documentation, patterns and good practices, tech sparring and self-service capabilities, supporting their product teams to become self-sufficient when it comes to defect avoidance, quicker agile deliveries and higher quality.
All teams work with continuous learning conducting many internal demo sessions, learning sessions and encourage exploration of new tech and patterns continuously. The QA Tech team builds, drives and owns all QA related open communities, working towards their common goal as an organization.
Work tasks:
·       Develop their QA environment/data definitions and frameworks with smart solutions that will make product teams more efficient
·       Be a subject matter expert in the QA Tech domain and be able to zoom in and out dependent on situation, technology, business needs and team maturity
·       Grow their tech communities’ skills by sharing your work continuously
·       Provide technical and architectural guidance and hands-on support that support our digitalization journey

Technical and Personal Competences:
·       Experience from one or both of the following areas. Test Data and Test Environments
·       Holistic tech ability and fluency within software development lifecycle methodologies demonstrated QA expertise, including automation and CI/CD
·       Strategic thinker with good understanding of the retail business
·       Great people skills, a curious mindset and a positive can-do attitude to motivate teams
·       Experienced in agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
·       Proven ability to mentor, guide, teach and inspire
·       It’s a plus if you know your way around ERP/SAP, but it’s not a requirement
Language skills –
·       English required
·       Swedish preferred
