Senior QA Test Specialist

With this position we offer
The opportunity to join the Trading Product team as a Senior QA Test Specialist where you will work on the most critical and core component- the Matching Engine. You will work with a very skilled group of engineers in a cross-functional team with other QA Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
You will work with the team to build new features & functionality in an agile way and be responsible for the QA parts but we work as a team so we help each other out:
Plan, execute and report the tests for the product area
Automate, when suitable, functional tests, regressions test and integration test
We have the mentality that if you build it, you own it. This means that you will participate in problem solving if incidents occur
Use metrics to make sure we deliver great quality and focus our testing in the right areas
Update and create needed documentation and reports
Work together with QA leads and delivery leads for other product teams to plan and execute the needed tests to make sure all components work together in a great way
Stay up to date on the latest trend in the QA space such as automated unit test creation based on AI/ML.

What you will bring
You have a few years of experience in automated tests and strong experience from QA
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience working in agile teams either using Scrum or Kanban
Experience in writing Java code
Experience working with Linux
Nice to have
Experience working as a scrum master
Experience from the trading domain or the financial market
Experience in non-functional tests such as failover tests and performance test
Experience in security testing
Experience integrating test with a CI/CD pipeline
