Webhelp and Bank Norwegian have a strong working relationship and as the project continues to grow we are looking for a Senior Quality and Training Coordinator.
This is a new position that has the delivery of first class service to all Bank Norwegians customers at its heart and will add value within the team to all stakeholders. We can see that the role has two parts that sit well together and the responsibilities in the role will include:
- Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service by the team
- Making sure QA standards are met and exceeded
- Guiding and leading advisors, trainers and Team Leaders in all training matters
- Ensuring smooth delivery of all business related training
- Analysis of KPIs to maximize efficiency and quality
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in a QA role
- Successfully worked for a minimum of 1-2 years in Training role
- High level written and spoke English plus a Scandinavian language at the same level
- Solid working knowledge of a call centre (customer service or similar) environment
- A strong focus on results, KPIs and SLAs and how to drive improvement
- The ability to identify and resolve training gaps and issues
- First-class communication skills at all levels
- Drive and confidence to bring ideas through to completion
- Ability to work as a team or individually
- Spotless economic (credit) history
