Description
The specific role is to work as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. You will be the responsible QA Lead to deliver new solutions and expansion of brands on a partners´ marketplace platform.
The direct sales solution spans cross many functions within the heart of the e-commerce set-up, such as product enrichment, logistics and order orchestration, accounting processes and business intelligence. The solution is handled by many product teams. You will be the one leading and supporting their QA work for a specific delivery.
The QA Engineer believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You are focused on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Several years of hands-on experience of quality assurance in agile organizations
- You have minimum 10 years as a QA Lead
- Experience of creating test design, writing test cases, and executing test
- Experience in coordinating and collaborating with on-site as well as off-site teams
- Experience with testing complex and large scale solutions
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira
- Experience of managing test environment and test data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Great leadership skills
- Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements
Preferred competence and experience:
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Knowledge of testing integrations and APIs (J-son and XML)
- Experience in working with IT/system/solution in preferably large, international organizations working with cloud solutions (preferably Azure), API’s, Agile
- Having a good understanding of retail and e-commerce business.
Preferred personal qualities:
- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
