Senior Quality Assurance lead

Job Description:
This need is for a Senior Quality Assurance lead with Engineering background in MS Dynamics for ERP Volvo Autonomous Solutions


Must have capabilities:
MS Dynamics, Experience with Azure-DevOps as an end to end Test, Defect management, Dashboard/reporting, Automation Testing


Functional-Testing Skills:
Design complete test architecture and practice in the solution and team (test evangelist, quality controller).
Test automation
Integration of around 30 systems, E2E testing
Preparing test data schemas, plan system design tests
coordinate testing with key users, business users and development team
Design test cases and scripts for UAT and test automation"
End-to-End Defect Management
Reporting



Soft-Skills:
Experience with working in a Scrum-team following Agile-methodology.
Active participation in Sprint-Planning, Refinement, Estimation of Testing efforts.
Responsible for end-to-end quality of the change being delivered.
Capability to learn and adapt to changing technology-landscape within the Organization.

Good to have:
AzureDevOps CI/CD pipeline experience
