Emerson Process Management's Rosemount TankRadarABdivision in Gothenburg is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.The company has tripled its sales in the last 10 years.It now has a turnover of more than 1 billion SEK and employs over 400 people worldwide.To support our rapid growth and expansion into new areas we are now adding a number of positions.The company is a part of Emerson, a global technology and engineering corporation with over 128,000 employees and USD 20 billion in sales.The Quality Department is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with the main purpose to improve the quality and environmental performance as well as the quality awareness within Rosemount Tank Radar AB.[ As a Senior Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will be to administrate and to improve systems for identifying and prioritising improvement needs and to independently work with input to such systems.You will initiate and lead process improvement and problem solving teams.Training responsibility regarding "Total Quality Experience", Six Sigma, Problem solving and other quality and environmental tools will be a part of your daily work.Other tasks will include preparation of basic data for Leadership Team's decisions (in co-operation with the quality Steering Team and the rest of the Quality Team) and active participation in improving the documented Quality Assurance System, including alignment to Rosemount corporate procedures.Besides that, you will participate in other activities within the quality department in order to help Rosemount Tank Radar fulfil strategic objectives and quality goals.You will report to the Director of Quality and Environment.The position contains ongoing contact with employees at all levels at Rosemount Tank Radar to stimulate quality and environmental improvements.At times will cooperation with subsidiaries, Rosemount Inc., suppliers or other external parties be necessary.To apply for this position you need to have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent within a technical area relevant to Rosemount Tank Radar's business, preferably with concentration in quality engineering.Previous experience of qualified process improvements, problem solving and quality improvements within the technical industry are required.It is a merit if you have a Six Sigma Black or Green Belt training and/or are a Lean Champion.You are excellent of spoken as well as written Swedish and English.Please apply by using the apply button or the link below, no later than September 20th.
