We have a broad responsibility and cover the complete Software and Electronics (SWEP) area, which means that there is a lot of variation to the work. It is a dynamic environment and there is always something new happening. 

What you will do
The Current Quality team within the SW & Electronics Platform organization is an agile team working with a prioritized backlog of customer quality problems according to the scrum wow. As a part of the Current Quality team you are responsible to define and scope customer quality issues based on business value. You will perform analysis of customer issues to identify the root cause to the problem and identify possible product improvements. As an input to the analysis, you will also be responsible to create and analyze logs from the cars. You will create preventive actions for the Customer symptom. 

When the root cause is found you are together with the team responsible to transfer the issue to the responsible ART within R&D that will create a product improvement. You will use your SW and data analysis competence and knowledge to strengthen the analysis capabilities in the Current Quality team with focus on SW related issues. You will strengthen the SW and data analysis competence in the Current Quality team. 

Who are you
You are analytical and have strong knowledge in data analysis and Problem Solving. You have experience from SW testing, troubleshooting, verification and/or integration.You can work individually and find your own ways and methods to identify the root cause. You take responsibility for the actions that are needed for the team delivery and you do not need detailed descriptions for what to do and how. You have computers and programming as an interest and you like to use this knowledge at work without it affecting your work life balance. You are a collaborative, communicative, result oriented professional with experience from product development flows. You are curious, have an interest in self development and can accept assignments that broaden your capabilities. You have a technical university background or similar work experience preferably within software or electrical engineering.
