Senior RAN Instructor

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Radio/RAN Instructor, who will primarily be responsible for delivery and customization of training products for Learning Services customers

What you will do
Develop and customize customer learning products
Manage customers & course participants in classroom or on-line
Administrate the classroom situation, face2face or on-line
Facilitate training events
Knowledge transfer and re-use
Propose & develop learning architecture


You will bring
Education: Basic technical or engineering university degree or Pedagogy Bachelor or Master
Teaching skills, face2face and on-line
Writing & reporting, to develop course material
Domain experience: area of expertise – NR
Good knowledge in technology and specifically telecom
Good knowledge of Ericsson’s products.
Understanding of Integration and configuration process
Understanding of Ericsson RAN HW
Basic Knowledge of Cloud RAN
