Vaki Games is looking for a Senior Real-Time FX Artist to join our game production team in Joensuu, Finland, or full-time/remote.



As a key member of the Vaki art team, you will be part of an innovative environment working on our upcoming unannounced UE5 project. We are very passionate about video games and providing our player community with cutting-edge visuals and unique in-game character experiences. You will be getting in on the ground floor and helping us shape the overall FX aesthetics and technical benchmarks for our newest project. What our FX Artist do:
• Develop innovative, complex, and visually stunning visual effects
• Work closely with our designer, animators, and programmers to implement effects
• Provide creative input specific to assigned tasks
• What our candidates have:
o 3+ years of experience creating FX in the games industry
o Strong technical knowledge of UE5 Niagara
o Experience with Embergen, 3ds Max, or similar software
o Excellent sense of scale, timing, detail, form, texture, and colour
o Must have the drive to conquer technical challenges
