Your main tasks
As a recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from job specification with the hiring manager throughout sourcing, selection, interviews and pre-employment screening. You are responsible for your own recruitments in close cooperation with the hiring managers however, end responsibility of our services lies within the whole team. The variation of the profiles is wide, but with an emphasis on engineering and management. The core of this work is to understand the business´ needs and act as a professional pro-active partner.
We offer a position that is appreciated and asked for throughout the organization and from where you will get great knowledge about Vattenfall's various activities in general and recruitment in particular.
The recruitment department is part of HR Services which is part of Vattenfall Business Services. We are a provider of internal support functions in Vattenfall. In this shared service center we have the mission to deliver cost-effective and value added services based on the needs of Business Units and Staff Functions. You will be based at our nuclear plant Forsmark but you will also serve other companies within Vattenfall, mainly in the Uppsala Region. You will be a part of the local team at Forsmark as well as the Swedish recruitment department with colleagues at Ringhals, Luleå and Solna.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in recruitment who enjoys the work and role as a professional recruiter. We think you are working as a recruiter today and wish to continue with this ahead. You have several years of experience working with the entire recruitment process on different kinds of levels, preferably in large and/ or international companies. It is an advantage if you also have worked with online sourcing & searching and have a creative view on usage of new technologies. The administrative part of the work requires an organized and structured approach. Fluency in Swedish orally and written is a must and good knowledge in English is also required. As a colleague in a highly committed team, we think that your personal qualities and your commitment to recruitment is important. As a person you are self-driven, strategic, focused on continuous improvement and have good cooperation skills. You have a university degree, ideally with a behavioral approach.
The position is temporary with the end date of December 31st 2017 and fulltime. Location is at Forsmark. It is possible to work on distance 1-2 days a week.
